Helping Treat Eczema Through Foods

Nutrition in mothers and children is the most important part of healing eczema and repairing the gut:

-       Remove inflammatory foods (these contribute to the immune reaction)

-       Removing top allergen foods (gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, nuts. coconut)

-       Removing processed foods, refined sugars, processed meats

-       Removing seed oils (vegetable oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil)
