Our Story
Created by a mother of a baby with eczema, thank you for taking the time to discover the story and vision behind Chilli Swim.
Chilli Swim was born from a mother’s search for comfort.
When my son, affectionately nicknamed Chilli, was just 4 months old, he developed severe eczema that left his skin red, itchy, and irritated. His delicate skin reacted to everything, and finding swimwear that offered both protection and comfort felt impossible, especially under the harsh Australian sun.
Like so many other eczema mums, I felt frustrated. There simply wasn’t anything I trusted to put on his skin.
So I decided to create it.
After extensive research, Chilli Swim became the first bamboo swimwear line designed specifically for kids, babies and toddlers with sensitive skin. Our pieces are thoughtfully made to be gentle, breathable, and protective without compromising on comfort or style.
Because every child deserves to enjoy the water, and every parent deserves peace of mind.
