Refund policy
At Chilli Swim, we want you and your little one to love your purchase. Due to the nature of swimwear and for hygiene reasons, we have the following returns policy in place.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
However, we may offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery provided the item meets the following conditions:
- Item is unworn, unwashed and unused
- All tags are still attached
- Item is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused for return due to hygiene reasons.
Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if the product has a major fault.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
Sale Items
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Important Note
Our policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
